CCL has 21 injection machines with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 300 tons, all equipped with modern dehumidification systems of raw material drying systems and complete robotized part extraction. The entire production process is monitored in real time by a production and quality control software.
For the injection of thermoplastics, the current machine’s park comprises 19 machines with clamping forces between 40 and 300 tons, including a machine equipped with monosandwich injection moulding technology and an electric drive machine.
For the injection moulding of LSR – Liquid Silicone Rubbers, CCL has 2 machines with clamping force of 100 tons, of hybrid philosophy (injection of LSR or thermoplastic).
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
CCL is able to develop projects requested by its customers through the existing link with its parent company, Celoplás. Each product is considered a new challenge and its development is ensured by a highly specialized team supported by CAD, CAM and CAE software, and a strong culture of high standards, quality and innovation that guarantee total customer satisfaction.
Regarding injection moulds manufacturing, CCL is supported by Celoplás, which is now a national reference and recognized internationally in the manufacturing of high-precision moulds. All moulds produced in house follow strict technical specifications. The manufacturing and validation processes use state-of-the-art machining and measuring equipment that guarantee the highest precision and quality of the moulds manufactured such as: CNC grinding, high-speed 5-axis machining, penetration and wire electro- micro electro-erosion, laser engraving and cutting, and laser welding.
ASSEMBLY AND PAINTING
CCL has in-house capacity for assembly and printing/painting services, which are performed in Celoprint, Impressões Lda, a company of Celoplás group such as CCL.
