INJECTION MOULDING<\/h2><\/div>
CCL has 21 injection machines with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 300 tons, all\u00a0 equipped with modern dehumidification systems of raw material drying systems and complete robotized part extraction. The entire production process is monitored in real time by a production and quality control software.<\/p>\n

For the injection of thermoplastics, the current machine\u2019s park comprises 19 machines with clamping forces between 40 and 300 tons, including a machine equipped with monosandwich injection moulding technology and an electric drive machine.<\/p>\n

Injection Moulds<\/h2><\/div>
Regarding injection moulds manufacturing, CCL is supported by Celopl\u00e1s, which is now a national reference and recognized internationally in the manufacturing of high-precision moulds. All moulds produced in house follow strict technical specifications.
